Issue:
A customer claims that their new AR8132A door handles can be opened with the standard NetShelter 333 key: W870-8135.
Product Line:
NetShelter SX, AR8132A
Environment:
All models, all serial numbers.
Cause:
The AR8132A uses a different key, but the standard 333 key will also open the lock.
Resolution:
The AR8132A will accept any key similar when the combination is set to the factory default of 000.
Once a new combination is set, only the key included with the AR8132A will open the lock.
