Resolution:
Information can be exported from Data Center Expert using the DCE Desktop Client or SOAP Web Services.
Exporting Data from the DCE Desktop Client
NOTE: Certain panes within the DCE Desktop Client have an export option.
An example of how to export all devices from the DCE Desktop Client:
1) Log into the DCE Desktop Client.
2) Open the Monitoring perspective.
3) Within the Device Group pane, click on All Devices.
NOTE: You can select a different group to export just those devices.
NOTE: You can search for devices using the search bar within the Device View pane to filter what devices to export.
4) In the upper-right corner of the device view pane, select the folder with the green arrow on it.
NOTE: Selecting the drop down will allow for export as a CSV or TXT file.
NOTE: Only the columns that are currently being displayed will be exported.
5) Save the file and open in a program that can open the type of file you chose to save.
