PowerChute Business Edition is not receiving product update notifications

Issue:
PowerChute Business Edition (PowerChute) is not receiving product update notifications.

Product Line:
PowerChute Business Edition

Environment:
OS: Windows x64, x86
Build: PowerChute Business Edition 9.1.0, 9.1.1, 9.0.2, 9.0.3 OEM Basic and 25 Node Deluxe

Cause:
The "apccert" SSL certificate file needs to be updated.

Resolution:
  1. Download the apccert file attached to this KBase.
  2. Stop the PowerChute Business Edition Server service by right-clicking on APC PBE Server service and selecting Stop.
  3. Copy the updated apccert file into the PowerChute Business Edition Server install directory e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\APC\PowerChute Business Edition\server
  4. Start the PowerChute Business Edition Server service by right-clicking on APC PBE Server service and selecting Start
  5. The product update notification will now appear when a product update becomes available.
