PowerChute Business Edition cannot be installed on 32-bit systems

Issue:
PowerChute Business Edition v10.0 and higher (v10.0+) cannot be installed on 32-bit systems.

Product Line:
PowerChute Business Edition

Environment:
All supported OS

Cause:
PowerChute v10.0 is bundled with JDK 11, which does not support 32-bit systems.

Solution:
If you require PowerChute on a 32-bit system, install PowerChute Business Edition v9.5.1, which is the last version to support 32-bit systems. To download PowerChute v9.5.1, visit the PowerChute Business Edition Product Page .

NOTE:

For existing 9.5 customers, 9.5.1 includes Log4J fix. Please review Schneider Electric Security Notice https://download.schneider-electric.com/files?p_Doc_Ref=SESB-2021-347-01
Upgrades to 9.5.1 supported only from 9.5.
