NetBotz 750 cameras don't show in DCE when using custom NetBotz admin user.

Product Line:

Environment:
NetBotz 5.2 and higher
StruxureWare 7.7.0 and higher

Cause:
If you create a new administrative user on the NetBotz NBRK0750 or NBWL0755 and have not logged in to the appliance with this user yet, the account is not active. If you then try to use these account credentials when
configuring integration with DCE, the integration, specifically the camera integration, will fail. No camera thumbnails will show in DCE's surveillance perspective.

Resolution:
If you create a new administrative user and plan to use it for the DCE integration, make sure you log into the NetBotz appliance with those credentials at least once to initialize that user account.
You can also use the superuser account for this integration.
