Issue:
Can not launch to device on NetBotz 5.x private LAN if your computer is also on the private LAN.

Product Line:

Environment:
NetBotz 5.x

Cause:
Clicking "Go to external device site" button on the NetBotz "devices" page does not launch to the device. Port forwarding is only active from the public LAN. If your laptop and
the device are both on the private LAN, port forwarding fails.

Resolution:
To resolve this, you can either put your laptop on the public lan and use the "Go to external device site" button to launch to the device, or if you wish to remain on the NetBotz private LAN with your computer,
you can put the private LAN IP for the device into your browser and launch directly to the device.
