What VMware ESXi Licenses are support with PowerChute?

Issue:
PowerChute can only shutdown full licensed ESXi hosts.

PowerChute Business Edition

Environment:
VMware ESXi versions, 5.x, 6.x, 7.x

Cause:

VMware restricts RCLI (remote command line interface) administration access for the free version of ESXi (no write access).
This is an issue with the remote command line interface (RCLI).
