Cause:

The NBAC0226 Is meant to connect certain serial devices to NetBotz appliances by means of their USB connection

Resolution:
This USB to serial converter is only meant to connect serial devices to a NetBotz appliance. It is not meant as a Windows or Linux Serial to USB converter. There are no drivers available for this cable.
