How to replace a Smart-UPS backplate.

Issue:
How to modify the types of outlets on the rear of a Smart-UPS 2 kVA models or larger.

Smart-UPS 2 kVA and above

Environment:
SU, SUA, Non-Smartconnect SMT, SURT, SURTA, SURTD, and SRT, All Serial Numbers

Cause:
Smart-UPS products 2 kVA and above offer a variety of back plate options to allow you to customize the output plugs to your needs.

Resolution:
Installing an optional back plate is an easy way to change the output connectors available on your Smart-UPS. Please review the following document for the procedure to modify the output PDU / backplate / outlets panels on a Smart-UPS model above 2 kVA.
