Are there any limits to the amount of users that can be added to a version 3 NetBotz appliance?

Cause:

NetBotz User names are limited without the advanced software pack

Resolution:

Version 3 NetBotz appliances have a user name creation limit of 5 users. If the NBWN0005 advanced software pack is installed, that is changed to unlimited.

Note that the NBWN0005 is not compatible with the NetBotz NBWL0355 and the NetBotz NBRK0550 and NBRK0570 come with the advanced software pack pre-installed. The only appliances that can use the NBWN0005 are the NBRK0450 and NBWL0455.
