APC launches its Partner Engagement Program aimed at aligning Partner Expertise to changing Customers’ Needs
 

Introduces Aliment - a CRM software access to all Service Partners

Bangalore, July 21, 2009 - APC by Schneider Electric, a global leader in critical power, cooling and management solutions recently launched its Partner Engagement Program (PEP) for its Authorized Service Partners to empower them with tools and technologies they need to address needs of different customer segments and markets in India.

Sharing details on the new Partner Engagement Program, Srinivas Chebbi, CGM & VP - India said, “APC by Schneider Electric continually innovates and looks at newer ways to reach out to customers. The Partner Engagement Program has been designed to equip our authorized service partners with a broad array of benefits and resources so as to help them grow their business and support customers better. It is an endeavour to offer differentiated program levels to our partners that will leverage their core competency and areas of expertise.

APC’s PEP program has four levels; Registered, Associate, Premier and Enterprise. Each of these levels offer clear and differentiated paths allowing partners to leverage pricing and promotional benefits, gain full access to APC’s network of qualified and dedicated solution engineers, and ongoing support and visibility to market potential and opportunities. Partners can choose the level of commitment that best match their desired investment and business needs.

As a part of PEP, APC has also introduced a CRM software tool called ‘Aliment’ to provide online connectivity to partners and to help them in Inventory management. The CRM tool will augment coordination and faster response to customer needs and issues by registering the calls received for installation/ warranty/ AMC for customers, allocating nearest Authorized Service Provider (ASP) to attend the call, managing inventories at the Authorized Service Provider level, sending replacements to customers, receiving defective units or spares from customers, sending them to Central Warehouse or branches etc.
