Devices using Double-Byte characters for login don't launch properly in ISX Central 6.2 internal browser.

Cause:

ISX Central uses a 3rd party internal browser. When the Double-Byte characters such as those used in Japanese are used and we try to Auto-Login, the user name and password are passed to this browser, the browser does not understand the characters and tries to login with invalid characters. This may not happen with newer web card firmwares.

Resolution:

ISX Central can be configured to use your operating system's browser. To use this option, go to the file menu in ISX Central and choose client preferences. Uncheck the option marked ""Use the Internal Web Browser When Launching to Devices"" and you can use the default browser or specify another browser to be used.
