APC Compensation Philosophy

Our Total Compensation Philosophy

As a method of rewarding and recognizing the contribution of APC employees towards the success that we have come to realize, distinct compensation programs have been designed that are intended to attract, retain, motivate, and reward employees for the achievement of business results. Each program is designed to drive certain goals, behaviors or business objectives. 

Base Salary

Each employee is offered a base salary that is commensurate for the role they are performing, and is driven by market competitive rates. 

Merit Increases

Whenever business and market conditions allow,  will regularly review employees' performance over a defined period of time. Depending upon their overall individual performance rating, relative to their current pay positioning within the market data, an employee may receive an increase in their base rate of pay. 

Incentive Bonus Program

As a means of sharing the success of the organization with those who directly contribute to it, APC has designed a quarterly bonus program, which allows employees the opportunity to increase their total compensation earnings, based on the attainment of established performance objectives.
