In order to provide consistency in the single phase service offer the following changes have been made: 1.) Extended Warranties will now only be available in a 1 and 3 year for all products. Concurrent WB and nonconcurrent WE renewal SKUs will be available. 2.) Traditional On Site Service for Single Phase products will be discontinued. On Site Warranty Extension Service (OWE) will be available concurrently for a one year term. No renewals are permitted. Parts, Batteries, Labor and Travel is included. Advantage Plan will be available nonconcurrent. Parts, Batteries, Labor and Travel are included. 3.) All single phase services in Japan will maintain the same interfaces across service families 4.) Response time upgrades to 4-Hr and 8Hr are available.>
