Schneider Electric offers hundreds of single phase UPS models for its Customers: · From 300 VA to 20 kVA; · Desktop, tower, rack mounted, …; · Line interactive, double conversion; · For computer and peripheral; · For network and server; · Back-UPS, Back-UPS Pro, Smart-UPS, Smart-UPS Online, Symmetra LX, etc. In order to simplify the choice of the extended warranty attached to the respective UPS models, these have been grouped by similar price's models. There are 9 groups for the extended warranties, also called service levels. The service level is indicated at the end of the extended warranty SKU. See example below. Example: WBEXTWAR1YR-SP-01A*: WBEXTWAR= Acronym for warranty extension 1YR = Number of year/s for the warranty extension SP = Service Pack 01A*: = Service level – This is traditionally from SP-01 to SP-08. *Early 2017; SP-01A has been introduced for the EMEA Region only, as the low-end of the service levels, to cover the very small and cheapest UPS models.
