"Why do I receive the following event ""Active alarms have been cleared"" and there are no alarms."

"Typically you can get this event if someone is clearing alarms, but there are issues where this is not the case. The reason this event occurred was because the Network Management Card rebooted. After the NMC reboots it needs to retrieve the list of active alarms from the controller. The way this is implemented in the current firmware is that the NMC sends a clear alarm command to the controller which generates the ""Active alarm(s) have been cleared."" message. Any active alarms will be regenerated by the controller thus refreshing the NMC's list of active alarms."
