Solution:

Go to https://support.smartconnect.apc.com
  1. SCTSP is only accessible from within the SE network, or over VPN
  2. Users must sign up for an account with their business email: firstname.lastname@schneider-electric.com  
  3. The Sign-up procedure will guide users to create and manage a secure password for this new account and to verify access to the email they submitted by clicking a link sent to the address. Users will see no further progress or information on the SCTS Portal until their account has been processed by an Administrator.
  4. New, verified accounts are screened, and privileges are assigned. Non-Schneider email accounts are removed. Once privileges have been assigned to an account, a user can log in again to SCTSP and the appropriate view will be presented to the user.
  5. To speed up processing, provide your name that should be processed to heidi.sohlberg@schneider-electric.com or william.pasquill@schneider-electric.com Inactive accounts will be periodically removed.
