When using the Send SMS Message alert action, the GSM phone number of an alert recipient can be entered in the local format or in international format.
Resolution:
Example of local format when a NetBotz appliance is configured to send SMS to a GSM phone number within U.S.:
5125551212
Where 512 is a U.S. area code.
Example of international format when a NetBotz appliance in U.S. is configured to send SMS to a GSM phone number in Australia:
+614142222222
Where 61 is the Australia country code, 414 is an area code, and + sign must be used to indicate that it is in international format.
