Issue
How can I identify what Server Modules are connected to my KVM (AP5602, AP5610, AP5615, AP5616) through the KVM interface?

Note: This ONLY applies to the AP5602, AP5610, AP5615 and AP5616
In the KVM’s web interface home screen (connection page) you should see all of your connected servers. Under the EID column on that page you should see a 12 digit number divided in half by a hyphen (ex. 520705-0000A2). The first 6 digits of that number refer to the physical ID of the Server module that is being used. Reference the EID chart below for easy translation:
