Issue
The StruxureWare Data Center Expert virtual appliance crashes with the following error:

hung_task_timeout_secs and blocked for more than 120 seconds problem

Cause
• Customer infrastructure such as slow disks, slow network, or overworked network storage
• VM host not allocating enough cycles to the Data Center Expert VM

Resolution
Improve disk I/O performance on storage array for the DCE VM.
