Illuminated LEDs | Problem | Solution |

ON & LK | If the On and LK LEDs are lit, your appliance is functioning normally. These light should remain lit up while the appliance is plugged in. | Not Applicable |
Temp only | The appliance boot loader has failed. Specifically the checksum for the boot ROM is faulty. | Return the appliance to NetBotz; contact NetBotz support for instructions. |
Humidity Only | The firmware failed its checksum. | Return the appliance to NetBotz; contact NetBotz support for instructions. |
Airflow only | The onboard RAM is faulty | Return the appliance to NetBotz; contact NetBotz support for instructions. |
Contact only | The real-time clock failed. | Return the appliance to NetBotz; contact NetBotz support for instructions. |
Temp, Humidity, & Contact | The appliance detected a problem while testing the sensors. Specifically, the analog-to-digital converter is out of calibration. | Cycle the appliance power, which may cause the appliance to reset itself. If this does not work, contact NetBotz support for instructions on return or possible recalibration. |
Temp, Humidity, Airflow, & Contact | The camera failed to initialize. | Cycle the appliance power, which may cause the appliance to reset itself. If this does not work, contact NetBotz support for instructions. |
Contact & Temp | The Ethernet MAC hardware failed its loopback test. | Cycle the appliance power, which may cause the appliance to reset itself. If this does not work, contact NetBotz support for instructions. |
