Spaces in a NetBotz user name causes SNMP version 3 to fail.
Issue:
Spaces in a NetBotz user name causes SNMP version 3 to fail
Product Line:
NetBotz
Environment:
NetBotz version 3.
Cause:
Spaces in user name.
Resolution:
SNMP version 3 on a NetBotz appliance uses the user name for your SNMP authentication. It has been seen where using a user name with a space in it causes the authentication to fail. To avoid this issue, choose another user name without a space or, instead of a space, use another character such as a dash or underscore.
This issue may be addressed in a future revision of NetBotz firmware.
