Please explain Suction Pressure Compensation for the NetworkAIR FM.
Data Center Cooling
The purpose of this document is to provide a clear communication on what suction pressure compensation is and why the feature is used.
This feature is designed as a safeguard against high suction pressure conditions when the FM is used in a high return air temperature environment. When activated, this feature will attempt to keep the average suction pressure at or below 95psig by adjusting the blower speed. A suction pressure exceeding 95 psig causes the controller to slow the blowers. This feature can be activated by the user through all user interfaces. When this feature is activated and at least one compressor is engaged the controller will not allow the user to modify blower speed settings. This can also be identified as a compressor management feature.
